The Municipality of Troyan, Central Balkan Mountain Range, has launched a program named "IT shelter in the Balkan Mountains" aimed to attract the so-called digital nomads who are willing to leave the big cities and work remotely amid the Covid-19 pandemic. The project aims to turn the town of Troyan into a place of innovation and development of entrepreneurship.
