Alpha Research: 6 or 7 political parties will enter the next parliament

6 to 7 parties can cross the 4% threshold but no political force will be close to a parliamentary majority. This is indicated by a survey of the sociological agency "Alpha Research", conducted with its own funds, in the run-up to the parliamentary elections in the period March 27-30.

The distance between the main political forces - GERB and BSP - is increasing. The decline of the BSP is partly due to concerns about voting among its older supporters. The positions between the third and the fourth political force are close - "There is such a people" and the MRF, and the fifth and the sixth - "Democratic Bulgaria" and "Stand up! Mafia out! ”A lower voter turnout will increase the burden on the MRF and Democratic Bulgaria, and will allow the VMRO to cross the 4% threshold.

One in ten of those who have decided to vote has serious concerns about the Covid-19 pandemic.

According to the survey of Alpha Research, conducted with their own funds, at the moment 51% of the permanent residents in Bulgaria are ready to go to the polls.
