34 Bulgarians detained over electoral violations

144 alerts have been issued so far for various violations connected with the forthcoming general elections on April 4. 34 people have been detained. 1,503 people have received a written warning, announced Commissioner Todor Grebenarov, Deputy Director of General Directorate National Police.

The election papers and ballot papers have been already transported to the Bulgarian municipalities and are constantly guarded by Police officers. On Friday, a total of 9,394 voting machines are to be transported to the municipalities, announced this country’s Ministry of Interior.
