Vazrazhdane party organizes protest in front of foreign ministry building

Activists from Vazrazhdane party staged a protest in front of the foreign ministry building over the vandalization of the monument to Khan Kubrat in Malaya Pereshchepina, Ukraine on 5 April this year.

The Foreign Ministry released a position yesterday stating that the Bulgarian embassy in Ukraine is in contact with the local authorities and is monitoring the restoration of the monument which started immediately.

“That was a protocol reaction, people in this building must better protect the rights of Bulgarians in Ukraine and elsewhere,” the protesters said.
