The prosecutor's office has launched an investigation into allegations made by businessmen Svetoslav Ilchovski and Ivan Angelov to the parliamentary committee for a revision of the government's work over the past 10 years. This was announced by the spokesperson of the Chief Prosecutor Siika Mileva, specifying that the actions of the state prosecution started a few days ago.

Svetoslav Ilchovski appeared before the commission with allegations of gold bars donated to Prime Minister Boyko Borissov by businessmen, and said he had been forced to pay the government deductions from his turnover and enter into fictitious deals in the interests of Gradus owner Ivan Angelov.
Ivan Angelov himself confirmed that he had received assistance from Prime Minister Boyko Borissov for veterinary certification for the unimpeded export of his products abroad.
