The Recovery and Sustainability Plan does not sufficiently meet the ambitious goals of the European Commission, Atanas Pekanov, Deputy Prime Minister responsible for European funds management, has told BNR. "The goals of the EC must be adjusted to the situation in Bulgaria, so that they are not harmful to any region," the Deputy PM said.
