All citizens who already have a certificate for completed vaccination cycle against Covid-19 will be able to reissue their document in European format free of charge on the website of the National Health Information System (www.his.bg) in the section "Me and My Family". In order to obtain the new European format, citizens who already have a certificate will need to enter their ID card number and national reference number of one of the two vaccines described in the previous document.
