Bulgarian caretaker Prime Minister Stefan Yanev has called on Bulgarians on July 11 to actively exercise their right to vote - "freely, responsibly, consciously and without fear". The government is making every effort to ensure the fairness and authenticity of the elections. The Ministry of Interior, law enforcement and security institutions are working hard to prevent the vote. Their actions have already started yielding results. There are enough reasons for Bulgarian citizens to feel safe and vote freely, Yanev said.

The prime minister hopes that an effective parliament and government with a stable majority would be formed so that it could make serious decisions and reforms.
