CSKA and Lokomotiv Plovdiv continue in UEFA Conference League after penalties

CSKA Sofia and Lokomotiv Plovdiv continue to the third preliminary round of the UEFA Europa Conference League. Visiting CSKA won against Latvian "Liepāja" after 0:0 in the regular time and in overtime, and 3: 1 in the penalties. Lokomotiv Plovdiv managed to overcome the Czech FC Slovácko. The Bulgarian guests lost 0: 1 in the away match and after a 1:0 victory in the first match, penalties decided the outcome. Lokomotiv won 3:2.

In the next round, CSKA faces Croatia's Osijek and Lokomotiv Plovdiv will face the strong Danish team of Copenhagen.

"Arda" Kardzhali lost 0:4 as a guest of the Israeli Hapoel Be'erSheva and dropped out of the tournament with a total score of 0:6.
