Bulgaria's Ludogorets continues the struggle to enter the Champions League

The football champion of Bulgaria, Ludogorets FC, has eliminated the Greek Olympiacos Athens, after penalties in Razgrad. The rematch ended 2:2 and after 1:1 in Piraeus came to overtime, and then to penalties. Ludogorets won 4:1 and will meet the Swedish Malmö in the playoffs to enter the groups of the Champions League.

In the first half, the better team on the field was the Greek and naturally took the lead in the 31st minute. In the 49th minute the guests scored an own goal. In the 57th minute the hosts took the lead after a penalty. After a series of controversial refereeing decisions, Olympiacos equalized to 2:2 in the 68th minute again from a penalty. In the end, the team from Razgrad continues in the tournament.
