The Delta variant of the coronavirus is almost entirely dominant in Bulgaria, the latest analysis by the National Centre for Infectious and Parasitic Diseases shows.
It was established in 84 out of 85 samples from patients from 18 regions of the country in the period from 8 to 28 July. The Alpha variant was established in just one of the samples.
