In the hospital of "St. Mina” in Plovdiv the first Bulgarian Center for diagnosis and treatment of complications after coronavirus infection has been opened. The center is for people who have had the infection and show residual symptoms or complications caused by the disease, BNR Plovdiv reported.
The capacity of the center is 30 people per day. Examinations are completely free and do not require a referral. According to the head of the post-COVID center, cardiologist Dr. Tsvetan Devedzhiev, the predominant symptoms after coronavirus are arrhythmia and fatigue.
