The total income average per capita in the second quarter of 2021 is EUR 968, which was 11.6% more as compared to the same period last year. Meanwhile, the total expenditure average per household member amounted to EUR 852, or 20.3% more as compared to the second trimester in 2020, the National Statistical Institute announced. Income from salary increased by 13.5%- from EUR 499 to EUR 567. Income from pensions increased with 13.7%- from EUR 246 to EUR 280.
