"Unfortunately, we do not see a chance for the cabinet-forming mandate to be successfully completed", Prime Minister- designate Daniel Mitov from GERB/SDS coalition said and returned the second cabinet-forming mandate to President Rumen Radev. The mandate should be considered unsuccessfull and the constitutional procedure should continue, added Daniel Mitov

“A two-in-one election, or Parliamentary and Presidential elections held in the space of one or two weeks are a bad option, commented Tomislav Donchev who was nominated for Deputy Prime Minister in Daniel Mitov’s cabinet. “The political dialogue has no alternative and it is impossible to move forward without talks with GERB/SDS coalition”, said Daniel Mitov.
