Weather forecast for Sunday, August 22

Clear skies are in the weather forecast for most parts of Bulgaria on Saturday night. On Sunday, the weather will be predominantly sunny. The maximum temperatures will range from 29°C to 34°C. The atmospheric pressure will be close to the monthly average.

It will stay sunny along the Black Sea coast. Light to moderate northeasterly winds are expected along the coastline. Maximum temperatures will be between 26°C and 29°C. The seawater temperature is around 26°C. Sea state 2-3.

In the Bulgarian mountains, the weather will be sunny. Clouds will form over the mountain regions in the afternoon hours with low chance of precipitation. Light to moderate northerly and northeasterly winds are expected. The maximum temperatures at 1,200 meters will be around 22°C, at 2,000 meters- 14°C.

In the beginning of the new week, the weather will be sunny. Light winds are in the forecast for most of the country. Moderate easterly and southeasterly winds are expected along the Black Sea coast. The temperatures will continue to go up and on Tuesday the maximum temperatures will range from 31°C to 36°C. The maximum temperatures along the coastline will be slightly lower.
