The disputes over the supply and maintenance of the software of the voting machines will not have a negative impact on the Presidential elections in November, even if two-in-one election takes place, said Veselin Todorov, Director of Ciela Norma, which supplies the voting machines in Bulgaria.

We have offered the possibility for Bulgaria to buy another 1,200 voting machines. However, Bulgaria may need an extra 2,000 or so voting machines. Every voter will need 25%-30% more time to cast his ballot in a two-in-one election. That is why only some polling stations will need a second voting machine said Vesein Todorov.
