“For the time being Bulgaria is not planning to administer a third dose of vaccine against Covid-19,” said Health Minister Stoycho Katsarov during a visit to a polyclinic in Sofia. The Ministry has sent an inquiry on the matter to the European Medicines Agency which has replied that there is no decision as yet.

“The World Health Organization itself is not recommending a third dose either,” Minister Katsarov added.

No less than 150 Covid zones will open across the countries within two weeks where patients can receive consultation, X-rays and advise on home therapy free of charge, BNR’s Anelia Jambazka reports.
