Bulgaria reports 2,090 new daily cases of Covid-19

Bulgaria has registered a total of 2,090 new cases of Covid-19 in the past day, data from the National Coronavirus Information Portal shows. With 32,070 tests performed, 6.5% returned positive. Most new cases are in Sofia - 347, Plovdiv - 234, Veliko Tarnovo and Stara Zagora - with 127 new infections.

There are 3,594 hospitalized patients and 301 patients in intensive care units. 
109 people died in the last 24 hours, and 739 patients were reported cured.
The number of people immunized during the last 24 hours is 10,412, as with them the total number of vaccinations has reached 2,299,118. There are already 1,163,504 people with a completed vaccination cycle in Bulgaria.
