The fire that broke out yesterday in the emblematic Dome building downtown Blagoevgrad was started deliberately, the Spokesperson of the District Prosecutor’s Office Blagoevgrad Borislav Kovachki told the Bulgarian National Radio.
A forty-three-year-old man from the town of Dupnitsa was detained for 72 hours. The alleged arsonist visited a local piano bar.
