Weather forecast for Wednesday, 8 September

Low temperatures for September

On Wednesday there will be scattered clouds, more significant over Southern Bulgaria, where light rain is in the forecast. Maximum temperatures 20° - 25° C., for Sofia 20° C.

Over the Black Sea coastline there will be a moderate to strong Northeasterly wind. Maximum air temperatures 21° C. to the North of Cape Shabla, 23° C. along the southern portion of the coastline. Temperature of the seawater 23°-24° C., sea state 3-4.

Over the mountains there will be considerable clouds with occasional rain in the region of Rila and the Rhodopes. Maximum temperatures above an altitude of 1,200 m. 15° C., above 2,000 m. 8° C. In the resorts of Borovets and Pamporovo temperatures will reach 14° C., in Bansko and Smolyan 17-18° C.

On Thursday and Friday the weather will continue cloudy. On Friday, in the Eastern parts and over the mountains, there will be light rain. Temperatures will continue low for the beginning of September, reaching a maximum of 25° C.
