7.6% coronavirus positivity rate in Bulgaria in past day

951 new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours out of 12,448 tests performed, indicate data of the Single Coronavirus Information Portal. 7.6% of the tests have returned positive result. The highest number of new infections were reported in Sofia-184, followed by Plovdiv-109 and Varna-93.

4,703 patients are being treated in hospital, 396 of them in intensive care units. 30 people have died and 513 have been reported cured in the past day.

There are 39,388 active cases of Covid-19. Yesterday, a total of 3,043 vaccines were administered in this country, bringing the total number of inoculations to 2,461,969. There are 1,274,875 people with completed immunization.
