Rainfalls and cold wind expected on Day of Bulgarian Independence

On Wednesday the weather in Bulgaria will be cloudy and rainy. Moderate wind from the northwest will continue to bring temperatures down. The lowest temperatures will be between 7 and 12 °C and the highest would reach 16 to 21°C. In Sofia the temperatures will range from 8 °C in the morning to 17°C during the day.

There will be significant clouds and afternoon showers over the Black Sea coast. The highest air temperatures will be range from 18°C to 20°C. Temperature of the sea water is 22 °C.

In the mountains the weather will not be good for tourism. I will be rainy and snow can be expected at high altitudes. The highest temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be up to 8 °C; at 2000 meters - about 1 °. In the resorts of Borovets and Pamporovo temperatures will reach 7-8 °C during the day; in Bansko up to 16 °C.
