Nuclear energy is and will continue to be a significant factor in meeting the EU's ambitious zero-carbon targets. This is what Minister of Energy Andrey Zhivkov told the participants in the ministerial meeting of the Partnership for Transatlantic Energy and Climate Cooperation, which is being held in the Polish capital city of Warsaw.
He pointed out Bulgaria's rich experience in the safe operation of nuclear facilities for the production of clean and affordable energy.
