The ship Vera SU, on route from Ukraine to the port of Varna that got stuck in the rocks near the protected area of Yailata had failed to make a routine adjustment of its course, which caused its collision with the shore on September 20, Dnevnik reported, quoting a source from the State Enterprise "Port Infrastructure". Ways are currently being sought to unload the stranded ship carrying nitrogen fertilizers, in order to free it from the rocks. This morning a floating crane and a second ship were supposed to start unloading of the cargo, but it turned out that they could not do it in the shallow waters.
