GERB leader Boyko Borissov said that President Rumen Radev should resign from the presidency and form his own party. "He should become the leader of a party that first chooses where it belongs to and govern from the parliament," he said in response to the head of state's comments that Borissov was hiding behind Tsetska Tsacheva at the previous presidential elections and behind Prof. Gerdzhikov in the upcoming elections. Borissov confirmed that GERB would support the rector of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" for president. Prof. Anastas Gerdzhikov can unite the nation, the former prime minister said.
