“I will find the meaning in life again, for you, not for me. I don’t need so many things when you are next to me!, read part of the lyrics of the song Not for me, performed by the popular Bulgarian rock band B.T.R, guest musicians Kiril Marichkov and Valdi Totev from the emblematic band “Shturcite/The Crickets”- one of the first Bulgarian rock bands, created back in the 1960’s. Two decades later, B.T.R band appeared on the Bulgarian music stage. Undoubtedly, Atanas Penev and Slavcho Nikolov, who joined B.T.R. in the beginning of the 1990’s, contributed a lot to the band’s success. Atanas is the lead singer of the band and Slavcho plays on the rhythm guitar. He also writes song lyrics and music.
On October 13, B.T.R is to present its new music album named “Puzzle”. The event will take place at the National Palace of Culture in Sofia. Of course the audience will also enjoy the beautiful song “Not for me” performed by B.T.R band and the two Bulgarian rock legends- Kiril Marichkov and Valdi Totev.
