Photo: library

The Commission for Protection against Discrimination has called for changes in the order of the Minister of Health Stoycho Katsarov. According to the commission, the protection of public health must be a national cause, but the measures applied must be also adequate to the aim pursued and take into account the specificity of individual groups, such as contraindications to vaccination, the presence of antibodies without registered disease, etc.

Referring to the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU, the Commission states that not having a green certificate should not be a condition for restricting access to services, free movement, the exercise of the right to work and other rights protected by law more than necessary.
