Machine vote receipts to be counted at 30% of polling stations

There will be a control count of 30% of the paper receipts from the machine vote at the elections for parliament and for president on 14 November by the section election commissions, the Central Election Commission decided today.

This is the option chosen after the Supreme Administrative Court overturned the decision by the Central Election Commission to have mandatory counting of all voter receipts in all polling stations, BNR’s Tsvetelina Stoyanova reports.
