Ballots for the presidential election may arrive in a number of American cities late, Bulgarians from the United States have warned. Signals have been filed from Indianapolis, Houston, Boston, Portland and other cities where there are problems with the supply of the shipping companies.

"Officially, the Central Election Commission (CEC) should allow us to print the ballots and hold the election on Sunday," said Daniel Dzhenev, chairman of one of the polling stations in Chicago.
The CEC has also announced the risk that the new voting machines would be delayed for the second round of elections in Australia and New Zealand. Most likely, there will be a vote with paper ballots, according to the commission.
