Canada mandates Covid-19 tests for arrivals in the country

Arrivals in Canada by air are subject to mandatory testing for Covid-19, whatever their vaccination status, and whether they have a Covid-19 recovery certificate or not. This shall not apply to arrivals from USA.

Passengers are subject to isolation pending the return of a negative test result. If the result returns positive, the persons tested shall be subject to 14-day quarantine.

Passengers passing through Canadian airports in transit shall be tested upon landing so they can continue  to their final destination. Unvaccinated persons eligible to enter Canada shall be tested upon arrival. They shall be placed under 14-day quarantine and tested on the 8th day after their arrival.
