Bulgaria reports 152 Covid-19 related deaths in past day

1,959 new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours out of 27,152 tests performed, data of coronavirus.bg show. 7.2% of the tests have returned positive result. 83% of the new Covid-19 cases are among the unvaccinated.

There are 95,835 active cases of Covid-19. 705 patients have been admitted to hospital in the past day. 89% of them were not immunized. 5,114 patients are being treated in hospital, as 606 of them are in intensive care units.

152 people have died and 3,547 have been reported cured in the past 24 hours. 93% of the Covid-19 related deaths are among the unvaccinated.

12,017 vaccines were administered on Monday. 1,844,599 have completed their immunization cycle. 175,789 have had a booster shot.
