Weather forecast for Bulgaria for Tuesday, December 21

Tuesday will continue to get colder

The astronomical winter begins at 17.59 pm on December 21. The weather in Bulgaria will continue to get colder on Tuesday. Moderate winds are also in the forecast for December 21. Strong northwesterly winds are expected in the Danubean Plain and the Upper Thracian Plain. Variable cloudiness is also in the forecast, with low chance of snow in the northeastern parts of the country and the mountain areas. The minimum temperatures will fluctuate between minus 5C and 0C. The maximum temperatures will range from 0C to 5C, for Sofia 0C.

Variable cloudiness is expected along the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, with low chance of snow in the northern portion of the seacoast. Moderate to strong northerly and northeasterly winds are also expected. The maximum temperatures will fluctuate between 3C and 5C.

There will be variable cloudiness over the mountains, with low chance of snow. Strong and hurricane-force northwesterly winds are also in the forecast. The maximum temperatures at an altitude of 1,200 meters will be around minus 7C, at 2,000- around minus 12C.
