Each person aged 65 and over who gets a Covid-19 vaccine or a booster shot will get a one-off payment of 75 Leva (EUR 38), Bulgaria’s Premier Kiril Petkov announced. Premier Petkov presented the government’s Covid-19 strategy. The money will be paid between January and June next year.

Thus, the number of vaccinated people will increase by 300,000, Kiril Petkov said. “It is time to roll up our sleeves and make Bulgaria a country with average vaccination rate”, Premier Petkov added.
