Weather forecast for 9 January: A wet and foggy Sunday

Over the next 24 hours the weather will be predominantly cloudy. There will be occasional showers in the morning, mostly in the Southwestern part of the country. In the Northwesternmost regions the rain will briefly be mingled with snow. There will be a light, in Eastern Bulgaria to moderate Easterly wind. Minimum temperatures 1° C. - 6° C., daytime temperatures will reach 5° C. -  10° C. 

Over the mountains tomorrow there will be considerable clouds and fog. There will be occasional snow, below 12,000 -13,000 meters – rain. There will be a moderate southerly wind which will push temperatures up slightly to a maximum of around 4° C. at an altitude of 1,200 m., and around 1° C.  below zero at 2,000 m..
