Six Bulgarian athletes will compete in the first day of the Beijing Winter Olympics

Six Bulgarian athletes will compete in the first day of the Beijing Winter Olympics on Saturday, February 5. Ski jumper Vladimir Zografski will start first in the qualifications at the Olympic complex in Zhangjiakou, which starts at 8.20 Bulgarian time. 

Next are the mixed relay competitions in biathlon at 4 to 6 km. Bulgaria's team will be composed of Milena Todorova, Maria Zdravkova, Vladimir Iliev and Dimitar Gerdzhikov.
In both runs of the men's singles luge event, Bulgaria will be represented by luger Pavel Angelov.
