Arrangements have been made to help Bulgarians who want to leave Ukraine, Anton Kisse, Chairman of the Association of Bulgarians in Ukraine, said for the BNT. Mainly children, women and seniors will travel to Bulgaria, because Ukrainian males aged 18-60 are banned from leaving the country", Anton Kisse explained.
