Bulgaria's position in NATO must be clear and predictable and the institutions are working in this direction, the country‘s Minister of Defense Dragomir Zakov said at the Security Council convened by Prime Minister Kiril Petkov. The Security Council discussed the situation in Eastern Europe in connection with the risks stemming from the war in Ukraine, the government's press service announced. For his part, Premier Petkov called on the security services to continue providing operational information.
Minister of Tourism Hristo Prodanov has assured the Ambassador of Ukraine to Bulgaria Vitaly Moskalenko that Bulgaria’s government was doing its outmost to help Ukrainian citizens who need shelter and support.
