Menko Menkov, lawyer for former Prime Minister Boyko Borissov, GERB party spokesperson Sevdelina Arnaudova and former Finance Minister Vladislav Goranov, will appeal their 24-hour detentions before the Sofia Administrative Court. The deadline is Thursday, he told BNR.

Later today the Sofia City Court is expected to rule on the Search and Seizure authorisations motions filed at the end of working hours on Friday.

"Nothing has been seized from Borissov. Advertising materials from the recent election campaigns and a notebook the inscription 'Borissov' have been seized from Arnaudova," the lawyer said.

In the meantime, the Interior Ministry resubmitted to the Prosecutor's Office the draft decrees for bringing charges against the three, after the institution denied receiving such documents on Friday.
