The Prosecutor's Office has initiated pre-trial proceedings for abuse of office against Deputy Premier Assen Vassilev, Minister of Interior Boyko Rashkov announced. Hristo Krastev clarified that under to the current legislation, pre-trial proceedings can be instituted only for a suspected crime, not against certain individuals.
