At 8.30 PM people committed to preserving nature will turn off the lights in their homes for one hour, and by doing so will join the world initiative Earth Hour dedicated to protection of the environment.
This year’s campaign calls for peace and for pooling the efforts of the world for an end to the war in Ukraine. Throughout the day the green signal of many of the traffic lights in Sofia’s centre will be in the shape of a heart.
