MPs have approved amendments to the Higher Education Act at first reading that envisage two or more universities to be able to provide training to students together and issue joint diplomas. According to MP from "Democratic Bulgaria" Elisaveta Belobradova, the changes in the law would bring education closer to the flexibility required by the labor market and the needs of young people for development.
