Official BNB statistics show stable and high growth in housing loans. According to the latest data for February, compared to the same period last year, the rise is 46%. The central bank also reported a decrease in the average interest rate for the month by 0.19 percent. Consumer lending also increased in February, although not as much as housing loans.
