Bulgarian folk aprons: temporary exhibition at the Ethnographic Museum in Plovdiv

The Regional Ethnographic Museum in Plovdiv is housed in one of the largest and most beautiful Bulgarian Renaissance houses.
Visitors have the opportunity to experience the atmosphere of 150 years ago and get a closer look at the diversity of Bulgarian folklore.
The latest exhibition presents the semiotics of the ornaments on the aprons of the traditional costumes of Bulgarian women.
