Former Newcastle manager Alan Pardew is taking over the football CSKA- Sofia as senior coach. Pardew, who has been working as consultant to the club management, will lead the team for the derby with Levski on 17 April, though it is unlikely he will be leading CSKA-Sofia during the new season. The club was left without a senior coach after Stoycho Mladenov resigned.
