On May 22, Bulgaria’s best tennis player Grigor Dimitov is to play his first match at the Rolland-Garros tennis tournament. Dimitov will face Marcos Giron (USA).

Grigor Dimitrov is 18th seed in this year’s second grand slam tournament. Dimitrov played against Giron at last year’s French Open. He won the first two sets. In the third set Dimitrov fell behind 4:0 and later quit due to foot injury.

In the second round, Dimitrov will play versus Borna Ćorić (Croatia) or Carlos Taberner (Spain), if he wins his match versus Giron.
