Bulgaria expects the Bulgarians in the Republic of North Macedonia to be included, on a par with the other peoples, in the Constitution of the country, President Rumen Radev stated in a telephone conversation with Sir Stuart Peach, the UK’s Special Envoy to the Western Balkans.
President Radev stated that observance of the rights of Macedonian Bulgarians is a crucial precondition for the launch of North Macedonia’s EU accession negotiations.
