Only 5 Ukrainian refugees left the coastal city of Varna by train and headed for inland accommodation facilities on Sunday. 200 people were expected to leave Varna today.

The state authorities took steps to relocate refugees as 40,000 Ukrainians said in a poll they have nowhere to go if they have to leave the hotels at the Black Sea coast. At the last minute, almost everyone decided to return to their home country or move to private accommodation facilities, Radio Varna reported.

293,611 war refugees entered Bulgaria. 90,365 remained in the country. 56,130 Ukrainian refugees were accommodated in hotels and other facilities.
