Former ITN MPs plan to start new political project

Since the ITN party has not fulfilled its promises to the voters, it makes no sense for it to continue to exist. Such an opinion was expressed by the outgoing sports minister, Radostin Vassilev, to Nova TV. He is one of the 6 members who left the showman Slavi Trifonov's party in June.

"ITN was created as a party that was supposed to destroy GERB and change the way of governing the state, but it turned out that it is returning the model. ITN no longer has a purpose and a cause, and there is no point in its existence," said Vassilev.
He announced that he will soon announce his new project, hinting that it will include others who, like him, have left the ranks of ITN.
"Bulgaria needs a party that will protect the national interest," Vassilev explained, adding that the new project will be centrist-oriented.
