Bulgaria reports 1,308 new cases of Covid-19 in past day

Bulgaria has confirmed 1,308 new cases with Covid-19 for the last 24 hours. Cases rose by 1,052 from a day earlier. Over 62% of the newly infected citizens have not been vaccinated. 17.8% of the 7,368 tests performed came back positive, compared to 18.7% of the same indicator on Monday, according to the coronavirus.bg portal.

Actively registered patients fell by 1,773 to 9,091. 122 infected citizens have been admitted to hospitals. 86 of them, or 70.49% are not vaccinated. 

5 Covid-related deaths were reported yesterday. 

On Monday, 2,178 vaccines were administered in Bulgaria. There are 2,076,016 people with full vaccination.
