New elections are the only way out of the grave crisis the country is in, Kostadin Kostadinov, leader of "Vazrazhdane" party, said during the consultations with President Rumen Radev on the formation of a government with the third mandate within the 47th National Assembly.
"The current parliament is completely out of resources. It is bankrupt both morally and governance-wise, we have huge problems with gathering a quorum... We need a working parliament.
